The Quality Executive will spearhead the Delivery Assurance & Practices – BPM | Quality department, establishing robust quality frameworks and continuous improvement processes across all client engagements. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed quality metrics, conduct audits, and mentor staff, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain quality management systems aligned with BPM standards.
- Define, monitor, and report key quality metrics for delivery teams.
- Conduct regular process audits and root‑cause analyses.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action plans.
- Facilitate training and coaching on quality best practices.
- Partner with project managers to embed quality checkpoints in delivery lifecycles.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual quality requirements.
- Drive the adoption of automated testing and validation tools.




- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior leadership.
- Champion a culture of quality across the organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or delivery assurance within BPM or IT services.
- Proven track record of implementing quality frameworks and process improvements.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with automated testing tools and quality dashboards.
- Certification such as CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt is a plus.
- Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering excellence.
