Role Description The Quality Control Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the Hyderabad facility. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards across the flexible packaging production process, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product evaluation.

The position involves conducting routine laboratory tests, verifying equipment calibration, documenting test results, and ensuring adherence to internal quality procedures and external certifications.

The Quality Control

Executive will collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions,



and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes preparing quality reports, assisting in audits, and promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and consistent product excellence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in implementing and monitoring quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills and Calibration skills to perform tests, operate instruments, and ensure accurate measurements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret test data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Relevant experience in adaptable packaging, manufacturing, or related industrial environments is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is desirable.
- Knowledge of ISO, BRC, and other quality systems, along with good documentation practices and basic computer proficiency, is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively on the shop floor, follow safety protocols, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
