Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Selenium Automation Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in test automation and quality engineering. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Python programming, Selenium WebDriver, automation framework development, and CI/CD integration. The role involves designing robust test automation solutions, improving testing efficiency, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Python and Selenium.
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
- Develop data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid automation frameworks.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers for issue resolution.
- Ensure automation coverage across multiple browsers and platforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.




- Generate automation reports and testing metrics for stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python Programming.
- Hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience in automation framework development (PyTest, Robot Framework, Unittest, Behave).
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and software testing methodologies.
- Experience with API testing using Requests, Postman, or REST Assured.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab version control systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Experience in defect tracking tools like JIRA or Azure Boards.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress automation.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and containerized test execution.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber or Behave.
- Experience with test execution on Selenium Grid or BrowserStack.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
