The Project Supervisor oversees the entire installation process, from planning to prestart to completion, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and meet quality standards. They enforce safety regulations, manage risk mitigation, and

ensure compliance with Management System Routines (MSR) & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Acting as the central point of contact between installers / subcon, clients, and management, they coordinate with external agencies, track progress, and provide timely updates to OPMO.
