- Schedule Development & Maintenance:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to define activity durations, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project schedules using scheduling software (Primavera P6 is essential).
- Maintain and update schedules regularly, reflecting progress and changes
- Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.

- Schedule Analysis & Reporting:

- Perform critical path analysis (CPA) to identify key drivers impacting project completion.
- Analyze schedule performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare regular schedule reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for project management and stakeholders. These should include progress updates, key performance indicators (KPIs), and potential schedule risks.
- Develop and maintain schedule basis documents.

- Risk & Change Management:

- Identify potential schedule risks and opportunities.
- Assess the impact of changes to the project scope, budget, or timeline on the schedule.
- Develop and implement mitigation plans to address schedule risks.




- Manage schedule-related change requests.

- Collaboration & Communication:

- Facilitate schedule-related meetings with project teams.
- Communicate schedule information effectively to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with project controls, cost engineers, and other disciplines to ensure alignment.

- Best Practices & Standards:

- Contribute to the development and improvement of lesson learnt and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure schedules comply with company standards and industry best practices
- Prepare manuals, procedures
- Mentor junior engineers
