We are looking for a Customer Success professional to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients using Kazam’s EV charging solutions and subscriptions. The role will focus on building strong, long-term client relationships, driving product adoption, improving customer retention, and ensuring clients derive maximum value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to ensure they gain maximum value from Kazam's EV charging solutions and subscriptions.
- Drive high customer retention and recurring revenue by maximizing renewal rates and fostering customer growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner.
- Increase platform adoption by monitoring usage metrics and providing actionable recommendations to enhance engagement and efficiency.
- Offer expert guidance on Kazam’s products and services, assisting clients with data extracts, ad-hoc insights, and structured analyses to address key business questions.
- Leverage market knowledge of the EV industry to interpret consumer trends and contribute to innovation and product enhancement efforts.
- Utilize frameworks and internal playbooks to provide feedback to the product team for feature development that supports client needs.




- Collaborate cross-functionally with insights analysts, data scientists, and product managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of project deliverables.

Proactively identify and resolve challenges both internally and for clients, ensuring a seamless and high-value customer experience.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or similar—preferably in a B2B SaaS environment or consumer research agency.
- Proven success managing enterprise or multinational clients.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and a commitment to timely delivery.
- Confident in client onboarding, public speaking, and delivering presentations. Proficient in CRM platforms, customer success metrics, and structured process management.
- Any Graduation with a good understanding of API's, Cloud, and Computer science concepts

Valuable to have:

- Prior experience with EV charging or energy management software.
- Working knowledge of industry protocols such as OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) and OCPI (Open Charge Point Interface)

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
