- Process project related enquiries with shipping lines / overseas agents &
branches for over dimensional cargoes & BB cargoes
- Obtain competitive with an aim to secure biz from various destinations and agents network ( Import and export)
- Send complete and exact quotation to client along with t& c that protect company interest.
- Filing of rates with shipping carriers and overseas agents for both import and export
- import coordination with agents/ carriers for import shipments till pre alert
& Export shipments till rates filing and bookings released by shipping carrier
- Coordination with shipping carrier for all project enquiry
- Port visits as and when required
- Shipping liner visit as and when required
- checking invoices from agents and arrange overseas remittance
- Coordination with PSU clients on outstanding
- Online tender upload through website participating for PSU client and other clients
- Coordinating with transporter and arrange to obtain quotes
- Follow up of outstanding of project clients , if required
