Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and organized professional to manage the full spectrum of program operations and stakeholder relationships. This role is central to ensuring smooth execution, learner satisfaction, and strong engagement with our partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Program Operations:

Manage LMS operations.

Oversee student enrollment, onboarding, and support.

Coordinate pre- and post-course communications, feedback, and certification.

- Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary liaison between colleges, students, and the LMS partner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Ensure timely updates, issue resolution, and alignment across parties.

- Partner Outreach:

Identify and onboard new partners for the program.

Drive engagement initiatives to promote participation and retention.

Represent the program in external meetings and outreach efforts.

- Reporting & Quality Assurance:

Track learner progress, generate performance reports, and suggest improvements.

Ensure content delivery meets quality standards and learner expectations.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in program operations, stakeholder management, or ed-tech.

- People with ed-tech operations/program management preferred
- Strong communication, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and online learning environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Excel, Power point and AI tools.
