Roles & Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students to understand their academic background, career goals, interests,



and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about courses, colleges, universities, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Recommend suitable courses and institutions based on students’ requirements.
- Contact prospective students through 200 to 300 calls & Whatsapp.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents to address their queries.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools.
- Proactive attitude with strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
