Process engineer - NPD

As an NPD Engineer at Sansera Engineering, you will play a crucial role in the development and launch of new products. You will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of product development, from concept to production. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Cycle time Reduction to increase productivity.
- Time & Method Study.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the technical and commercial viability of new product concepts.
- Create and execute engineering validation plans, including prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
- Support the transition of current products from development to production, working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure a smooth and efficient handover.
- Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continually improve product development processes.
