About the Role

We are looking for experienced Wealth Partners to drive business growth, expand our HNI and UHNI client base, and deliver exceptional wealth solutions across the region. This is a single opening for professionals across mid-senior and leadership levels, with responsibilities scaled to experience and team leadership scope.

What You’ll Do

- Drive regional business growth and achieve AUM and revenue targets
- Acquire, manage,



and grow HNI / UHNI client relationships and portfolios
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for client acquisition and revenue generation
- Monitor sales performance and support the team in closing key opportunities
- Deliver long-term client servicing with a customer-first approach
- Partner with investment advisory, product, research, and operations teams
- Provide market insights and strategic inputs to senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Relationship Managers / Wealth Managers (Team Lead / Leadership roles)
- Support hiring and scaling of the regional wealth team (Leadership roles)

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or HNI/UHNI advisory
- Proven track record of AUM growth and HNI/UHNI client acquisition
- Minimum AUM of ₹60 Cr managed or contributed
- Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Unlisted Products, and other investment solutions
- Established network within the wealth management ecosystem
- Prior experience managing sales performance and teams (for leadership roles)
