We are establishing an in-house digital marketing team in Bangalore for Genius Investment Company, a Saudi Arabia–based business group with multiple luxury retail ventures.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our luxury brands in the Saudi Arabian market.

The role will focus on generating high-quality customer inquiries, improving campaign performance, controlling advertising costs, driving store visits, and maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS) across key digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Develop targeted advertising campaigns to reach high-value customers in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Generate high-quality leads and customer inquiries while maintaining an efficient cost per lead (CPL).
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, advertising budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, and campaign measurement tools.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and retargeting campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data to identify underperforming ads, improve lead quality, and increase conversions.




- Allocate advertising budgets effectively across platforms based on performance and business objectives.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and creative team to develop effective ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns around Saudi seasons, cultural events, Ramadan, Eid, and other key periods.
- Coordinate with sales and store teams to track the journey from online inquiries to store visits and actual customer conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports covering ad spend, leads, lead quality, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
- Continuously test new strategies and implement data-driven improvements to campaign performance.

Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, or digital campaign management.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads is an advantage.
- Good understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion funnels.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting tools is preferred.
- Experience in luxury fashion, retail, automotive, real estate, jewelry, or other premium/high-ticket industries is preferred.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and improve campaign efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently on campaign execution, monitoring, analysis, and optimization.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on lead quality, customer acquisition, store visits, and business growth.

Important: This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on paid campaigns, data analysis, lead generation, and measurable business results for luxury retail brands targeting the Saudi Arabian market. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
