Role Description The Owner role at Opti-Mode Diagnostics is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India. The individual in this role will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and long-term growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include setting organizational priorities, guiding product and technology development, monitoring key performance indicators, and making decisions on resource allocation.

The Owner will build and lead cross-functional teams,



establish partnerships with healthcare institutions and industry stakeholders, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. This role also involves representing the company in external engagements, nurturing a culture of innovation and accountability, and continuously evaluating market opportunities to expand the business.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in leadership or executive management, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or technology-driven industries.

- Strong business acumen in areas such as strategic planning, operations management, finance, and organizational development.

- Background or familiarity with medical diagnostics, photonics, biomedical engineering, or related technical fields is highly beneficial.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build partnerships and represent the company externally.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive innovation, manage change, and foster an inclusive, performance-oriented work environment.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.

- Comfort with on-site leadership responsibilities in Maharashtra, India, including hands-on involvement in daily operations.
