Role Description The Owner role at Pacer Group is a full-time remote position responsible for providing strategic leadership, vision, and oversight for all aspects of the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting long-term business goals, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing and workforce solutions across multiple regions and service lines. The Owner will oversee financial performance, manage key client relationships, and guide senior leaders in account management, recruiting, and operations.

This role also involves maintaining a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, supporting veteran hiring initiatives, and promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. The Owner will regularly review business metrics, identify opportunities for expansion or optimization, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies while representing Pacer Group in strategic partnerships and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services,



with a strong track record of scaling organizations and managing multi-region operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in business strategy, financial management, and P&L; oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Solid client relationship management skills, with experience building long-term partnerships with enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations.
- Background in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or HR leadership, including familiarity with EOR, AOR, RPO, and related service models.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and veteran hiring, with experience implementing inclusive workforce practices and policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to influence and align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment, using digital tools to manage distributed teams and maintain operational transparency.
