About the role

Lead day-to-day operations, build effective processes and improve team performance.

Key responsibilities

- Directly manage a team of 10–15 people.
- Own operational delivery, productivity and timelines.
- Develop SOPs and improve workflows.
- Track KPIs, SLAs and quality standards.
- Resolve escalations and coordinate across teams.

Must-have requirements
- 4–6 years of operations or service delivery experience.
- Proven direct management of a 10–15-person team.
- Strong process-improvement and problem-solving skills.
- Experience owning operational metrics and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
