Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage lead generation, order processing, dispatch, and inventory management at Xxtra Armor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate B2B leads and maintain prospect databases with timely follow-ups.
- Process customer orders and coordinate packing, invoicing, dispatch, and deliveries.
- Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, and conduct stock checks.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, and management teams.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in operations, order management, or warehouse/e-commerce operations.
- Valuable Excel skills, communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable making calls to prospective customers.
- Automotive, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer products experience is an advantage.
