Role Description The Operational Specialist role at DMCBazaar.com is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

Specialist will oversee day-to-day operations related to booking workflows, partner coordination, and service delivery to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of travel requests. This role includes monitoring system processes, handling escalation of operational issues, optimizing turnaround times, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and support teams to improve operational efficiency.

Specialist will analyze performance data, document processes, and contribute to enhancements in tools and workflows that support travel agents and DMC partners. The role requires proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining high service standards and reliability.
