Role Description The Operation Intern role is a full-time, Remote/ on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily logistics operations, including coordinating shipment schedules, tracking deliveries, and assisting with fleet allocation.

Responsibilities include monitoring operational dashboards, gathering and analyzing data on route performance, and preparing basic reports for the operations team. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery issues, maintain documentation,



and support process improvements in cold chain and mid-mile operations. The intern will gain exposure to supply chain workflows, standard operating procedures, and customer service interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and basic data interpretation abilities.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess foundational Operations Management understanding and interest in logistics or cold chain operations.
- Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills, including task prioritization and follow-through.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to learn Sales support activities, such as coordinating with the business team on client requirements.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
