New Product Development (NPD)

- Drive end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization.

- Conduct market and technology research to identify opportunities for new products and feature enhancements.

- Prepare technical specifications, product requirement documents, and development plans.

- Design and develop electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical systems for batteries, chargers, inverters, UPS, solar solutions, and energy storage products.

- Develop prototypes and execute proof-of-concept activities.

- Collaborate with design, production, sourcing, quality, and marketing teams during product development.

- Perform design reviews and implement improvements based on testing results and customer feedback.

- Support BOM finalization, component selection, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Assist in product localization and value engineering projects.

Testing &
- Validation

- Develop and execute validation plans for new and existing products.

- Conduct electrical, functional, environmental, reliability, endurance, and safety testing.

- Perform battery performance testing, charging/discharging cycle analysis, thermal testing, and life-cycle evaluation.

- Validate compliance with applicable BIS, IEC, IS, UL, CE, and other industry standards.

- Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment and instruments.

- Analyze test results and generate technical reports with actionable recommendations.

- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for product failures.

- Support certification activities and regulatory approval processes.

- Coordinate third-party testing and certification agencies.

Product Improvement &
- Quality Enhancement

- Investigate field failures and customer complaints.

- Perform failure analysis and recommend design modifications.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to product reliability and performance.

- Support manufacturing during pilot builds and mass production ramp-up.

- Ensure all technical documents, test reports,



and validation records are maintained accurately.
