Key Responsibilities

- Configure, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of routing and switching protocols, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and related technologies.
- Manage and support Cisco Nexus switches and data center networking infrastructure.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless LAN infrastructure, access points, and wireless controllers.
- Identify and resolve network connectivity, performance, and availability issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform network upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance activities, and infrastructure migrations.
- Monitor network health and performance using network monitoring tools.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, configuration records, and troubleshooting reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, service providers, and vendors for incident resolution.
- Communicate technical issues, updates, and resolutions effectively in English.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- 3–8 years of relevant experience in network engineering or network infrastructure support.
- Strong hands-on experience in routing and switching technologies.




- Practical experience with Cisco Nexus technology and data center networking.
- Good working knowledge of wireless networking technologies, including WLAN, access points, and wireless controllers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise network environments.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong confidence and ability to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Preferred Qualifications

- CCNP certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in enterprise or data center network environments.
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools and incident management processes.
