Product Owner ? Agentic AI

1. Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner ? Agentic AI to identify, define, prioritize, and drive delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions from ideation and POC through production.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Define AI product vision, roadmap, use cases, backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify and prioritize GenAI/Agentic AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and impact.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, AI/ML engineers, architects, developers, DevOps, and security teams.
- Drive Agentic AI use cases including single-agent and multi-agent solutions.
- Support AI solutions through POC ? MVP ? Production lifecycle.
- Define requirements for LLM evaluation, observability, quality, security, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure alignment with Agile/SDLC practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Track product outcomes, adoption, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvements.

1. Required Experience & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT,



Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2?3+ years of experience in IT/Telecommunications. (good to have)
- Experience in GenAI, LLM, and Agentic AI use-case development.
- Good understanding of LLM architecture, RAG, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and AI application development.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, observability, deployment, and productionization.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience taking AI solutions from POC to production.

1. Nice to Have

- AIOps, Elasticsearch, DevOps/CI-CD, cloud platforms.
- AI/LLM security and responsible AI.
- Telecommunications domain experience.
