Job Title: MIS Executive Department: Operations / MIS Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily data reporting, maintain operational databases, prepare MIS reports, and support management in data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, data management capabilities, and the ability to work with tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. · Collect, compile, validate, and analyze data from different departments. · Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, employee performance, and operational activities. · Create Excel dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for management. · Monitor daily targets, achievements, productivity, and pending cases. · Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. · Coordinate with Sales, Collections, Operations, and other teams for timely data submission. · Generate reports on team performance, collection efficiency, and business metrics. · Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting formats.



· Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis as required.

Required

Skills· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and data validation. · Good knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation. · Knowledge of Google Sheets and PowerPoint is an advantage. · Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. · Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills. · High attention to detail and accuracy.

Eligibility

Criteria· Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Commerce, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. · 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management. · Experience in fintech, NBFC, banking, Sales, or Collections reporting will be preferred.
