Mechanical Maintenance Manager –

- Responsible for overall mechanical maintenance of nonwoven manufacturing plant machinery and utilities.
- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operation and maximum availability of spunbond and nonwoven production lines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot extruders, spinning systems, quench air systems, drawing systems, web-forming units, calender rolls, winding systems, and other production equipment, as applicable.
- Ensure proper maintenance of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, bearings, and lubrication systems.
- Minimize machine breakdowns, production downtime, and maintenance-related production losses.
- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules.
- Plan and supervise preventive maintenance, major overhauls, and annual plant shutdown activities.
- Monitor machine performance and identify recurring mechanical failures through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability and service life.
- Coordinate with production, electrical, instrumentation, and quality departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor critical process equipment and ensure consistent product quality through proper machine maintenance.
- Ensure proper alignment, balancing, lubrication, vibration monitoring, and inspection of rotating equipment.
- Manage maintenance of plant utilities, including air compressors, cooling systems, pumps, pipelines, and associated equipment.




- Maintain critical spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of maintenance materials and consumables.
- Prepare maintenance budgets and control repair, spare parts, and contractor costs.
- Lead, supervise, and develop mechanical maintenance engineers, supervisors, technicians, and contract manpower.
- Allocate daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and PPE requirements.
- Maintain equipment history, breakdown reports, inspection records, and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Monitor key maintenance indicators, including equipment availability, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance.
- Coordinate with OEMs and external service providers for technical support, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and performance improvement of new machinery and equipment.
- Identify opportunities for energy savings, productivity improvement, and maintenance cost reduction.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S in the maintenance workshop and plant areas.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance audits to identify potential failures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and company safety standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance performance reports to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability, production efficiency, and operational safety.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
