- Lead the mechanical design and analysis of components, assemblies, and systems using CAD and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS).

- Develop and validate mechanical systems through prototyping, testing, and analysis (thermal, stress, vibration, etc.).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, quality, and project management to deliver products that meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.

- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.

- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.

- Generate and manage detailed engineering documentation including 2D drawings, BOMs, FMEA, and test plans.





- Drive continuous improvement in mechanical design processes and tools.

- Interface with suppliers and vendors for component sourcing, DFMA, and production ramp-up support.
