- Mechanical design and development of parts and electronic products for the automotive industry.
- Mechanical design (plastic/metal/sheet metal). 3D CAD Design (in CATIA V5); 2D Drawings; Stack-up analysis; Feasibility studies.
- Mechanical support of the products and productions - release, changes, etc.;
- Design to meet DFM and DFA requirements
- Tolerance Analysis
- Communication and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of mechanical engineering or related
- Preferred PS-4 level candidates (4~9yrs experience)
- Experience in electro-mechanical product design
- 3D models design – GSD (Generative surface design – Class A,) parts and assemblies (CAD Tool – CATIA V5 must)
- 2D drawings preparation (CAD Tool – CATIA V5 must)
- Experience in Tolerance stack-up & GD&T; (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience in Plastic, Sheet metal, die casting component design.
- Experience in DFM and DFA requirements.
- Fluent in verbal and written English
