Role Summary :

Red wolf is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Manager – Sourcing with hands-on experience in the activewear industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an activewear setup, either on the buy side or the sell side, along with a strong understanding of activewear products and vendor management.

The role requires an ownership-driven professional with good communication skills, existing vendor connections (preferred),



and the ability to work comfortably in an ambiguous and evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Activewear Sourcing: Lead sourcing activities for activewear products, ensuring the right vendor capabilities, product quality, costing, and delivery timelines.
- Vendor Development & Management: Identify, onboard, and develop manufacturing partners suited to the brand’s product and business requirements.
- Vendor Network: Leverage existing industry connections to identify reliable vendors and build a strong sourcing network.
- Costing & Negotiation: Drive competitive costing, negotiate commercial terms, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Product Development & Production: Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely sampling, product development, production readiness, and deliveries.
- Quality & Compliance: Work closely with quality teams and vendors to maintain product standards and address quality issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with design, merchandising, planning, quality, and other internal teams.
- Business Ownership: Navigate ambiguity, take independent decisions, and drive sourcing initiatives in line with evolving business priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in an activewear setup, either on the buy side or the sell side.
- Strong understanding of activewear products, fabrics, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
- Existing vendor connections and a strong industry network will be a significant advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving business setting.

Important: Activewear industry experience is mandatory. Candidates without prior exposure to an activewear setup will not be considered.
