Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Network & Channel Management to expand, develop, and manage the dealership network for our EV 3-wheeler business.

The candidate will be responsible for dealer identification, evaluation, onboarding, infrastructure development, dealer performance monitoring, and strengthening channel relationships to improve market coverage and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential dealership and channel partners.
- Assess dealer financial strength, infrastructure, market potential, and business capability.
- Onboard and develop new dealers as per company requirements.
- Support the development of dealer workshops and COCO operations.
- Ensure dealer facilities meet required infrastructure and brand standards.
- Ensure availability of AC/DC charging or battery-swapping infrastructure, wherever applicable.
- Monitor dealer and workshop performance.
- Track dealer ROI, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular dealer audits and performance reviews.




- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Develop strategies to improve dealer network coverage and market penetration.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance, and Operations teams for dealer-related requirements.
- Prepare dealer performance reports and MIS for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate / MBA / Engineering degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, dealer development, or network expansion.
- Experience in 2W, 3W, commercial vehicles, automotive, or EV industry preferred.
- Strong dealer management and business development skills.
- Positive understanding of dealer profitability, ROI, and network operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
