About The Company A fast-growing Indian clean-energy company specialising in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power electronics, green hydrogen, e-mobility and microgrid solutions.

Position Overview The role will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis to support profitable growth, working capital efficiency and strategic decision-making. It will also involve investor handling and providing financial insights to support business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and financial planning.

- Develop integrated financial models covering P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.

- Prepare monthly MIS, management dashboards and budget-versus-actual analysis.

- Analyse revenue, gross margins, EBITDA, project profitability and cost variances.

- Develop working capital and cash-flow forecasts.

- Partner with Sales, Procurement,



Operations and Manufacturing teams to evaluate commercial proposals, pricing and project economics.

- Support scenario analysis, business plans, capital expenditure and strategic initiatives.

- Identify financial risks, margin leakages and opportunities for performance improvement.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- MBA Finance from a premier institute 3-6 years’ experience in a manufacturing company

- Experience in in FP&A;, business finance, corporate finance or financial modelling and advanced Excel skills, a sound understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and working capital, and robust analytical and commercial acumen are essential.

- Experience in manufacturing, energy, infrastructure or project-based businesses would be preferred.
