Role & responsibilities To lead and oversee Finance & Accounts activities with primary responsibility for finalization of accounts, consolidation of financial statements, financial reporting, statutory compliance and internal financial controls across HFL and its subsidiary companies.

The role will ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts, consolidation, audit coordination and compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements and company policies. The position will also provide oversight on budgeting, forecasting, costing and financial analysis to support effective business decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

CA Mandatory.

Robust exposure to finalization and consolidation of accounts.

Min 2-3 yrs of experience in a managerial role with team-handling





Exp in handling subsidiary company accounts and consolidation.

Robust exposure to statutory, internal and external audit coordination.

end-to-end F&A; activities in the Indian business environment.

Should know local language
