Job Summary The Maintenance Specialist (Analyzer) is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and calibration of Analyzer Instrument within the facility. This role ensures the reliability and accuracy of analyzers, leading a team of technician to optimize performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

In Office (SE&A; India)

- Vendor Document Study for Maintenance
- Document preparation for Maintenance Schedule
- Remote Trouble Shooting Support

In Site

- Maintenance Planning and Calibration

- Check condition of analyzer and support Site Acceptance Test.
- Oversee the maintenance, calibration and trouble shooting of analyzer.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all Analyzer meet operational specifications and regular requirement.

- Trouble shooting and Repairs

- Oversee diagnostic and troubleshooting processes for Analyzer failure
- Ensure Timely and effective repairs to maintain operational Efficiency

- Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain Accurate record of Maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Prepare report on maintenance work

Education

- Bachelors in Engineering or the equivalent Technical degree required
- Major in Chemical / Instrumentation / Electronics engineering

Experience:
- Minimum 15 years in Analyzer Maintenance, Installation, Commissioning
- Experience in Petrochemical and oil refineries

Skills





- Familiarity and fluency with Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally for long deputation as per job requirements.
- Should have valuable communication skills both verbal & written (English)

Other Desirable Requirements

- Working experience with Major EPC or Manufacturer companies are preferred
- Plant Maintenance & Trouble shooting experience are preferred
- Experience of handling various types of Analyzers including sample conditioning system and other accessories with standard manufacturers is essential. This includes but not limited to GC, Gas Analyzer, Liquid Analyzer, CEMS, AMADAS etc.
