- Maintenance Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all equipment and utilities.
- Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns to minimize downtime.

- Team Management:

- Lead and supervise maintenance team including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation technicians.
- Provide training and skill development for maintenance staff.

- Asset Management:

- Maintain records of equipment history, spares inventory, and maintenance costs.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and manage vendor relationships.

- Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance for plant machinery and utilities.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Implement cost-saving initiatives and energy efficiency measures.
- Drive automation and technology upgrades for improved reliability.

- Coordination:

- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Projects teams for smooth operations.
- Support installation and commissioning of recent equipment.
