Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Machine Operators to operate and monitor manufacturing machines at our production facility. The ideal candidate should be responsible, disciplined, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a 12-hour shift.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor production machines as per company requirements and instructions.
2. Perform machine setup, loading, unloading, and basic adjustments as required.
3. Follow production targets, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
4. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
5. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine and workplace.
6. Follow all safety guidelines and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
7. Identify machine faults or abnormalities and report them to the supervisor.
8. Maintain basic production records and coordinate with the production team.
9.



Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
10. Support preventive maintenance and daily machine checks as instructed.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of machine operations and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet production targets.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a 12-hour shift.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible work attitude.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Candidate Requirements
- Candidates with manufacturing or industrial experience will be preferred.
- ITI / technical candidates are encouraged to apply.
