We are looking for a Logistics Specialist Junior.

Responsibilities:

- Route cargo in accordance with legal and customer requirements
- Capture and manage transport information & data related to the business
- Coordinate the routing process
- Issue resolution and shipment responsibility
- Training of recent employees and of clients if needed
- Research and subject matter expertise in the field of logistics and transportation
- Actively use either Allyn's ALA software or use the software chosen per the client
- Accurately issue shipping documentations such as certificates of origin, customs invoices, packing lists, and certificates of insurance
- Reliably track and expedite progress of specialized shipments
- Capture all costs associated with a shipment
- Actively look for a capture savings opportunities and added value opportunities when possible
- Actively participate in team meetings, conference calls,



and daily project management calls with Allyn team and with the client
- Transport regulations compliance management, including permitting, OD and Hazmat
- Eliminate or minimize risk exposure for Allyn and customers
- Maintain online tracking and metrics tools
- Track and resolve freight claims
- Provide excellent customer service to Allyn customers
- Ensure communication lane between all actors of the supply chain inside & outside client's organization
- Any additional tasks related to Scope of Work agreed with the client
- Perform Allyn core values, actively promote teamwork and represent Allyn according to company culture

Requirements & Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum graduate degree – specialization in logistics preferred
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain industry
- International logistics experience preferred
- 0-1 year of relevant experience
