- Design, build and manage a cross platform mobile application as a foundational asset for Partner Loyalty Programs
- Understand and map exisiting processes to create business requirement document
- Create BRS/BRD documents, test cases, defined acceptance criteria, UX design and UI wireframes.
- Drive stakeholder understanding
- Identify and Engage potential vendors and work closely with them to create a MVP
- Define roadmap and product evolution
- Define policies, processes, business logics, and validations to develop backend for program digitization
- Assis in designing and execution of trade sale schemes
- Identify and work with partners/service providers and vendors for purchase, warehousing and delivery of goods, as scheme rewards to channel partners
