Are you passionate about creating next-generation in-vehicle digital experiences? We are looking for a Lead Engineer – HMI to drive the design, development, implementation, and validation of HMI solutions for Infotainment Systems, Instrument Clusters, Passenger Displays, AR HUDs, and Mobile Applications across passenger and commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Define and manage HMI system requirements aligned with vehicle architecture and software platforms.

✅ Develop intuitive, customer-centric user experiences across touch, display, and voice-based interfaces.

✅ Collaborate with Design, Systems, Software, and Validation teams throughout the product lifecycle.

✅ Lead HMI architecture, integration, testing, and validation activities.

✅ Ensure compliance with automotive standards including ISO 26262 and driver distraction guidelines.





✅ Conduct vehicle benchmarking and research industry trends to drive innovative HMI features.

✅ Track defects through closure and support quality and performance objectives.

Required Skills

✔ Solid expertise in Android AOSP, QNX, and Linux platforms.

✔ Hands-on experience in Java, C++, Python, and JavaScript.

✔ Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Unreal Engine, Kanzi, Qt, Android Studio, Blender, and Maya.

✔ Good understanding of CAN, Ethernet, System Architecture, Requirements Engineering, and Functional Safety (ISO 26262).

✔ Experience with JIRA, MS Project, and MS Teams.

✔ Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

? Experience in complete vehicle program execution from concept to production.

? Knowledge of ASPICE and Automotive Product Development Lifecycle.

? Proven experience in delivering at least one M6 project end-to-end.
