Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Analog Layout Engineer with deep expertise in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technologies to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will take complete ownership of complex layout blocks, execute end-to-end verification and sign-off independently, provide exact effort estimation, and drive high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Block-Level Ownership: Take full ownership of complete layout blocks from floorplanning and cell placement through to final routing and top-level integration.
- Verification & Sign-off: Perform independent run, debug, and sign-off activities, including DRC, LVS, ERC, ESD, and Latch-up checks.
- Estimation & Delivery: Provide reliable effort estimates, plan execution schedules, and deliver high-precision results within tight project deadlines.
- Technical Excellence: Address parasitic, matching, thermal,



and high-voltage layout issues specific to power management and high-reliability circuits.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate directly with circuit design, ESD, and CAD teams to resolve design-layout trade-offs efficiently.

- Key Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 10+ years of proven hands-on experience in Analog & Mixed-Signal (AMS) layout design.
- Core Expertise: Deep, practical domain knowledge in BCD process technology nodes and high-voltage/power-management architectures.
- Project Background: Prior experience in Automotive ICs or Power Management ICs (PMIC) is strongly preferred.
- Verification Tools: Expert-level capability with industry-standard physical verification tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre DRC/LVS/ERC).
- Work Style: Self-driven leader who can hit the ground running and become productive immediately.
