- Processing customer profile updation as per bank's policy and Regulatory guidelines
- Should maintain TAT in profile updation
- Handling the branch queries with respect to KYC updation
- Completion of assigned KYC updation tasks in coordination with mapped outsourced resources.
- Maintianing & Submission of reports periodically.
- Other tasks assigned by section in change / Office head.
