1. Job Purpose

Provide technical support to the sales team by preparing accurate elevator solutions, costing, and technical proposals to ensure competitive and compliant offers aligned with customer requirements and company standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Technical Proposal & Solutioning

- Study customer enquiries, tender specifications, and drawings.
- Select suitable elevator configurations (capacity, speed, type – passenger, goods, hospital, etc.)
- Ensure alignment with relevant standards (e.g., Bureau of Indian Standards / EN codes).

B. Coordination with Internal Teams

- Work closely with:
- Engineering (GAD, electrical, mechanical)
- Manufacturing / Supply Chain
- Installation & Modernization teams

- Ensure feasibility of design before offer submission.
- Clarify technical deviations and special requirements.

C. Tender & Documentation Management

- Prepare and submit tender documents, technical deviations, and compliance sheets.
- Maintain records of submitted offers and revisions.
- Handle RFQs, BOQs, and bid comparisons.

D. Customer Interaction





- Attend technical discussions with customers, consultants, and architects.
- Provide technical clarifications during pre-bid and post-bid stages.
- Support sales team in client presentations.

E. Standardization & Process Improvement

- Promote use of standard products/platforms to improve efficiency.
- Support MBOM/part code alignment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of costing tools and design templates.
