Role Description As a Junior Copywriter at FCo., you will support the creative and marketing teams in developing clear, engaging copy for a variety of brand communication needs. This full-time, in office role is based in the Pune Division, where you will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and editing copy for digital and print campaigns, social media content,

You will help adapt brand messaging across different platforms, ensure consistency of tone and style, and proofread materials before release. The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, conducting light research on client industries and audiences, and incorporating feedback from senior copywriters and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for diverse audiences.
- Experience or interest in press releases and basic marketing content, including campaign copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Attention to detail with solid proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with advertising or marketing concepts; exposure to agency workflows is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; a degree or coursework in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Curiosity about brands and consumer behavior, with a willingness to learn and incorporate constructive feedback.
