- The setup primarily functions on outbound calling where telephonic calls are made to interview people.
- Following responsibilities will be expected out of this role:
- Maintaining uptime of the calling setup.
- Server(Linux based) Management.
- Ensure functionality of the staff terminals, network components, calling software.
- Monitoring The Outbound Calls.
- Troubleshooting all the technical issues related to software or hardware.
- Engaging with the service providers, technical vendors and support staff.
- Maintaining daily calling database, weekly reports other documents of the department.
- Innovating time and again, coming up with current ideas to improve existing processes.
