We are looking for a reliable Computer Hardware & Networking Support Technician to manage our office IT infrastructure, assemble systems, and maintain office and IT assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, configure, and upgrade desktop PCs, laptops, and workstations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral (printers, scanners) issues.
- Maintain office Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and LAN connections.
- Manage complete asset maintenance, including tracking IT hardware, office equipment, and infrastructure items, keeping warranty records, and scheduling timely servicing or replacements.
- Provide daily technical support to employees to ensure smooth, uninterrupted office operations.
