We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team at Pepper Communications Group (PCG). This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Assist with job postings, candidate shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Help build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Employee Engagement

- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee experience and workplace culture.
- Gather employee feedback and suggest actionable improvements.
- Support internal communications and employee recognition initiatives.

HR Operations





- Assist with onboarding formalities and employee induction.
- Support routine HR coordination and administrative activities.
