Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Bengaluru North in a full-time capacity, creating interior concepts and translating them into detailed designs and drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, developing space plans, mood boards, and material palettes, and coordinating FF&E; selections to match project specifications and budgets. The role involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors,



and overseeing on-site implementation to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.

The Interior

Designer will also manage project timelines, document design changes, and support continuous improvement of design processes within the team.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and material selection.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture coordination for residential interiors.
- Ability to create and interpret detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong visualization, presentation, and client communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, understanding of local materials and vendors, and familiarity with basic project management.
