Job Title: Sales Executive –

- Insurance Location: Work from Home (WFH) Job Type: Full time Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 Year About the Role AM2PM Support is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team and handle customer interactions for insurance-related products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in building a career in the Insurance and BFSI sector. Selected candidates will receive IRDA-related training to help them understand insurance products and the required sales process.

Key Responsibilities 

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. 
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant insurance products and services. 
- Generate customer interest and qualify leads. 
- Conduct effective product presentations and clearly explain policy benefits. 
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication. 
- Schedule or facilitate discussions with the relevant sales team. 
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. 




- Achieve assigned performance, sales, and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements 

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. 
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Good command of Hindi and English. 
- Prior experience in Telesales, Insurance, or BFSI will be an added advantage. 
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls. 
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills. 
- Comfortable working in a Work From Home environment. 
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
