We are looking for a Placement & Corporate Relations Co-ordinator to build robust industry partnerships and drive career opportunities for our learners.

This is not a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment role. We are looking for someone with experience in placements, employer partnerships, corporate relations, or career services who can connect talent with the right hiring opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring partners.
- Identify and onboard new organizations for placement opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end placement activities from employer requirements to candidate joining.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, assessments, and hiring processes.




- Work closely with learners to improve placement readiness through resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance.
- Track placement outcomes, employer engagement, and hiring metrics.
- Develop long-term partnerships with companies for continuous hiring opportunities.

What we're looking for:

- 0-1 year of experience in placements, corporate relations, career services, or employer partnerships.
- Experience working with companies for hiring collaborations and placement drives.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with HR teams and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and placement targets.
- Experience in EdTech, bootcamps, training institutes, or college placements is preferred.
