Descriptions: Power Automate Desktop Developer Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Developer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Desktop Developer to design| develop| test| and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform| RPA development| workflow automation| and integration with enterprise applications.
- Key Responsibilities Design| develop| and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Create reusable automation components and workflows.
- Integrate Power Automate Desktop flows with Power Automate Cloud Flows| SharePoint| Microsoft Teams| Outlook| Excel| SQL| and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot| debug| and optimize existing automation solutions.
- Document automation processes| technical specifications| and deployment procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders| Business Analysts| and IT teams to gather requirements.Ensure adherence to security| compliance| and governance standards.
- Monitor production automations and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
- Support automation testing| UAT| deployment| and hyper care activities.
- Required Skills Technical Skills Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps| Power BI is a plus).Proficiency in Excel automation| PDF processing| email automation| and file management.
Experience with APIs| REST services| and system integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Windows scripting (PowerShell| VBScript| Batch Scripts) is desirable. Understanding of RPA best practices and development lifecycle.

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) Experience in BFSI| Healthcare| Manufacturing| or Shared Services environments is an advantage.
