We are seeking an experienced Internal Finance Control Manager to oversee and enhance our financial control processes. This role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, improving operational efficiency, and safeguarding the company’s assets.

- Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of financial processes, identifying risks and recommending improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.

- Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

- Provide training and support to staff on internal control procedures and best practices.

- Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders on the status of internal controls and audit findings.

- Lead investigations into discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance.
