Role Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. Source, screen, and onboard talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience and meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule and manage interview rounds, assessments, and feedback loops
- Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and drive onboarding process
- Build and maintain talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Maintain recruitment metrics and update ATS/CRM regularly

Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Solid knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Familiar with ATS/HRMS and MS Excel
- Graduate required. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Willing to work from Sector 58, Noida

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
