Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, interviews, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, late arrivals, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate salary processing, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, performance management, and retention.
- Plan manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Conduct employee induction, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain employee files, background verification, and exit formalities.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and company procedures.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills




- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, PF, and ESI.
- Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR management software.
