About the Role

KodRise Tech is looking for a motivated, responsible, and proactive HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace administration. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of HR practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and selection.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and fulfill hiring needs on time.
- Manage employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace culture.
- Implement company policies and maintain workplace discipline.
- Handle employee queries, maintain healthy employee relations, and support performance management.
- Maintain HR reports, records, and other administrative documentation.




- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth office functioning.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in HR management, HR operations, or recruitment.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, accountability, and willingness to take ownership.
